Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ pound bacon, diced and cooked
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • egg roll wrappers

Directions

Brown beef, drain and season. Add prepared bacon. Place in egg rolls and top with cheese. Roll up and deep fry or bake at 325° until brown. Serve with a small bowl of mustard and ketshup.
