Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 scallions-chopped
  • 1 clove garlic-grated
  • cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute scallions. Add garlic continue to cook for one minute. Add wine and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add cream and mustard. Simmer for additional 5 minutes-do not boil. Season with salt and pepper.
