Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 scallions-chopped
- 1 clove garlic-grated
- ⅓ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter and saute scallions. Add garlic continue to cook for one minute. Add wine and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add cream and mustard. Simmer for additional 5 minutes-do not boil. Season with salt and pepper. |
