Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange marnalade
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Quick tapicoa
  • 12 chicken thighs

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a small amount of oil, brown both sides of the chicken. Combine all in crock pot. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on low OR 2 1/2-3 hours on high
