Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, mixed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ lemon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • flour , for dusting
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Mix the ingredients through cayenne pepper. Form into patties, dust with flour and fry in oil 4 minutes per side.

For dipping sauce, mix 1 cup mayo, chili sauce, w sauce, Dijon mustard and Old Bay seasoning. Serve with the crab cakes.
