Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- ⅓ cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, mixed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ lemon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- flour , for dusting
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
Mix the ingredients through cayenne pepper. Form into patties, dust with flour and fry in oil 4 minutes per side. For dipping sauce, mix 1 cup mayo, chili sauce, w sauce, Dijon mustard and Old Bay seasoning. Serve with the crab cakes. |
