Ingredients
- 1 cup masa harina
- ⅔ cups warm water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- makes 8
Directions
Combine all, using a spoon, stir 1-2 minutes. Use your hands to form a dough ball. Should not be sticky, but not crumbly. Divide into 8, keep them covered. Coat two pieces of plastic wrap with spray. Put a ball of dough in the middle and press down. Heat in skillet 30-60 seconds, flip and cook another 15-60 seconds. |
