Ingredients

  • cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, grated
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt together in a large bowl.
2. Add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley;toss with dressing to coat. Chill one hour before serving.
