Ingredients
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 Granny Smith apples, grated
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
1. Whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt together in a large bowl. |
2. Add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley;toss with dressing to coat. Chill one hour before serving. |
