Ingredients
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 large garlic clove , minced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced in bite size
- 1 cup edamame-shelled, cooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix first ingredients through the garlic. Mix salad ingredients. Combine and refrigerate to let flavors combine. Might need to add more salt. |
