Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 large garlic clove , minced
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced in bite size
  • 1 cup edamame-shelled, cooked
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

Mix first ingredients through the garlic. Mix salad ingredients. Combine and refrigerate to let flavors combine. Might need to add more salt.
