Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground fennel
- 6 red potatoes, quartered
- 1 onion-quartered
- 8 roma tomatoes
- 4 ears sweet corn-shucked and quartered
- 12 jumbo shrimp, deveined,, shells left on
- 2 links andouille sausage cut into 4 pieces each
- 16 littleneck clams
- 16 ounces lager beer
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Directions
1. Combine the seasonings in a bowl and set aside. |
2. Line a large bowl with heavy duty foil. Divide all ingredients equally into four foil packs. |
3. Close the foil packets tightly. |
4. Grill or cook over an open fire for 20-25 minutes. |
