Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • dash salt
  • 2 rounded TBL flour
  • 2 rounded TBL cocoa powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

Cook until thick and cool. Cover with wax paper. For vanilla pudding-omit the cocoa. For butterscotch pudding, omit the cocoa and replace granular sugar with brown sugar.
