Ingredients

  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ stick butter
  • cup (5 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 package (10.5 oz)mini marshmellows
  • 12 ounces semi sweet choc chips
  • 1 ½ cups toasted coconut flakes

Directions

Line a 9 x 13 glass dish with foil. Grease foil. Mix together 1 1/2 sticks butter that has been melted with the crumbs. Press into the pan. Combine 1/2 stick butter, milk, marshmellows and chips over medium heat-stirring constantly. Once it comes to a boil, continue stirring and boiling for 5 minutes. Pour over crust. Top with coconut.
