Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 ¼ cups oil
  • 1 ½ cups mini choc chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt and soda. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Stir into dry ingredients and fold in chips.
2. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes. The time is for small loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
