Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck beef
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 small onions-chopped
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cr of chicken soup
- ¾ cup uncooked rice
- 1-2 cans mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, not low sodium
- 1 small pkg chow main noodles, optional
- 1-2 soup cans water
Directions
Brown beef, celery, onion and drain. Combine in large roasting pan remaining ingredients and bake together, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Stir occasionally. When serving top with chow mein noodles if desired. |
