Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck beef
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 2 small onions-chopped
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can cr of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup uncooked rice
  • 1-2 cans mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce, not low sodium
  • 1 small pkg chow main noodles, optional
  • 1-2 soup cans water

Directions

Brown beef, celery, onion and drain. Combine in large roasting pan remaining ingredients and bake together, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Stir occasionally. When serving top with chow mein noodles if desired.
