Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley, divided
- 1 tablespoon dried basil, divided
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven 350°. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon parsley and 1 teaspoon basil evenly over the bottom of the dish. Arrange breasts in dish, sprinkle evenly with garlic slices. Mix remaining basil, parsley, and red peppers, sprinkle over chicken. Top with tomato slices. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking an additional 12-15 minutes. |
