Ingredients

  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chives or parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 4 chicken breast , boneless and skinless

Directions

Mix together broth, mustard, cream cheese and herbs. Set aside.

Cook chicken in hot oil until browned on each side.

Stir in garlic and sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
