Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thin
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup chicken broth
Directions
Heat 1 T butter and olive over medium heat. Season chicken and brown on both sides. Cover and continue cooking about 10 minutes. Set aside, keep warm. Add shallots and garlic into skillet and cook until tender. Stir in wine and cook until heated through. Stir in broth and continue cooking 5 minutes. Mix in remaining butter and serve over chicken. |
