Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 chicken breast-deboned
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley-minced
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken breast and cook until done-approximately 20 minutes. Remove chicken. Stir flour into drippings and cook for one minute. Add the broth and cream. Stir in mustard. Return the chicken to skillet, cover and heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley. |
