Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • hot sauce to taste
  • extra salsa
  • shredded cheese

Directions

Place chicken and tomato sauce in saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to boil, add salsa, seasoning, cumin, garlic, and chili powder. Let simmer 15 minutes.

With a fork, string the chicken. Keep cooking pulled chicken and sauce, covered, for another 10 minutes. Add hot sauce.

Fill tortillas shells, cover with more salsa and cheese if desired. Cover and bake until heated through.
