Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 16 ounces sour cream

Directions

Beat together cream cheese, ricotta, sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add butter, cornstarch, flour and vanilla, beat until smooth. Fold in sour cream. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake, uncovered at 325° for one hour. Turn off oven and DO NOT OPEN. Leave in oven for 2 hours. Cool on rack and refrigerate until chilled.
