Ingredients

  • 5-7 carrots-sliced and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Set cooked carrots aside. In saucepan combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger. Add orange juice and boil one minute over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Add butter and stir until melted. Pour over carrots and garnish with parsley if desired.
