Ingredients

  • 1 baby carrots, bag
  • olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

Roast carrots with a bit of olive oil drizzled over them at 400°. Drizzle with 2 T olive oil, honey, and vinegar. Bake for additional 5 minutes.
