Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • corn tortillas
  • cilantro
  • salsa
  • limes
  • avacado

Directions

Mix together spices, rub steak.
Put in crock pot, top with onion, peppers.
Cook low for eight hours
Shred and put back in pot until you serve
