- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- corn tortillas
- cilantro
- salsa
- limes
- avacado
Directions
Mix together spices, rub steak. Put in crock pot, top with onion, peppers. Cook low for eight hours Shred and put back in pot until you serve |
