Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • clove garlic-finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 4.5 ounces diced green chli peppers-canned
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 15 ounces can chlil without beans
  • 10.75 ounces condensed tomato soup
  • 10 ounces can enchilada sauce
  • 6 flour tortillas 12 inch
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, cheese
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped

Directions

Brown and beef and onion. Drain and season with seasonings. Add chilies and refried beans.
In saucepan, combine chili, soup, and enchilada sauce.
Warm the shells, add a generous 1/2 cup of the meat. To with lettuce and tomato and roll. Top with chili sauce and onions. Broil or heat until cheese is melted.
