Ingredients
- 1.5 cups soft butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1/4 c hot water
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Grease and flour a bundt pan. Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Alternate with the flour, buttermilk, and coffee. Bake 60-70 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan. |
