Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1.5 teaspoons sage
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Divide sausage mixture in half and shape into logs. Wrap in plastic and chill until firm, 1 hour or overnight. Slice into 12 patties and fry. |
