Ingredients
- 1 pound Braunschweiger
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons gherkins, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons hot mustard
- sour cream
Directions
In processor add meat, cream cheese, onion and garlic. Process until smooth. Hand mix in remaining ingredients. Add enough sour cream to make spreadable. Can top with egg yolk (hard boiled) and paprika. |
