Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 ⅓ cup blueberries, blueberries-fresh or frozen

Directions

Combine melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Then add to buttermilk mixture and gently fold in berries. Put in greased muffin pan and bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes. Makes 1.5 dozen.
