Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Directions

With potato mash, mash 1.5 cups of the blueberries. Mix all ingredients in pan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Boil for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally. Skim off any foam. Put in jelly jars and seal or refrigerate if you do not seal and bathe the jars.
