Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- ⅛ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Directions
With potato mash, mash 1.5 cups of the blueberries. Mix all ingredients in pan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Boil for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally. Skim off any foam. Put in jelly jars and seal or refrigerate if you do not seal and bathe the jars. |
