Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- 1 small clove garlic-finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn-thawed and drained
- 1 cup diced jicama
- ¾ cup tomato-seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions-sliced
- 2 cans 15-oz each-black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
In small bowl, combine first five ingredients. In large bowl add remaining and pour over dressing. |
