Ingredients

  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • clove garlic-finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 chicken breast-boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

Mix together first five ingredients. Marinate the chicken in liquid, 10 minutes each side. Heat oil and cook chicken on each side until done. Approximately 7 minutes each side. Add marinate and continue cooking until thickens, turning the chicken a couple times.
