Ingredients
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- clove garlic-finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 chicken breast-boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Mix together first five ingredients. Marinate the chicken in liquid, 10 minutes each side. Heat oil and cook chicken on each side until done. Approximately 7 minutes each side. Add marinate and continue cooking until thickens, turning the chicken a couple times. |
