Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 ½-2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
In sauce pan, saute onion in the oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Makes enough for approximately 4 pounds of ribs for basting. |
