Ingredients
- 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Tabasco sauce, 2 dashes or more
- 8 sandwich rolls, split
Directions
Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients with the exception of the rolls. pour over chicken, cook at low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken and cook on low 30 more minutes. Serve in rolls. |
