Ingredients

  • 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Tabasco sauce, 2 dashes or more
  • 8 sandwich rolls, split

Directions

Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients with the exception of the rolls.
pour over chicken, cook at low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken and cook on low 30 more minutes. Serve in rolls.
