Ingredients
- ½ cup light soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
- napa cabbage leaves
- bean sprouts
- julienned red peppers
- julienned carrots
- snow peas
- fresh basil
- fresh mint
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in ziploc bag. Score the steak and add to marinade for at least 2 hours. Drain and boil the marinade for about 10 minutes. Strain and set aside. Pat meat dry. Grill on high for 6 minutes uncovered. Baste with marinade and flip meat and grill uncovered for 5 minutes. Baste again and flip, grilling for 5 minutes. Remove meat and let it rest 5 minutes. Serve with remaining items and drizzle each wrap with remaining marinade. |
