Ingredients
- 1 pound bow tie pasta
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce, plus 1 tablespoon
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- ¼ cup honey, plus 1 tablespoon
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 green, 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 cup green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 rotisserie whole chicken, deboned, skinned, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- pepper to taste
- 3 cups spinach
- ¼ cup cilantrol, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Directions
MIx the canola oil through the rice vinegar. Cook pasta, drain and add the sauce. Add remaining ingredients. Add the spinach just before serving. Serve room temperature or cold. |
