Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar/mozarella cheese blend, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- ¼ cup sour cream
- large shallot, finely minced
- 1 ciabatta bread, loaf
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In skillet, melt butter, add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add artichokes, cheeses, sour cream and shallot. Season with salt and pepper. Slice bread lengthwise. Place the halves on a baking sheet lined with foil. Spoon mixture on the bread. Broil until hot and brown. Cut and serve immediately. |
