Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can chopped jalapenos, 4 oz
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz EACH
Directions
In skillet, cook the beef and jalapenos and drain. Add the cream cheese, and spices. Cool slightly. Separate the dough into 24 triangles. Place one tablespoon of mixture along the short end of the each triangle; carefully roll up. Place point side down on baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 11-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. |
