Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water

Directions

Mix flour, yeast, salt, oil, sugar in processor, add water (might need more) until it balls, add yogurt. Make into 8 small balls with floured hands. Cover with damp cloth. Roll out and pan fry in a small amount of butter or oil until cooked. Top with garlic butter. (Roast garlic bulb in foil and mix with butter when cooled. When naan is cooked, spread with garlic butter.
