Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup wild rice, made to directions on pkg
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 pounds Byerlys Wild Rice Soup
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Butter 9x13 dish. Spread wild rice in dish. Place chicken on top. Pour broth over chicken and rice. Cook wild rice soup until melted. Pour over chicken and rice. Top with mushroom and then Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered for 1/2 hour, uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour. |
