Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup seasame oil
  • 6 tablespoons Honey
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pound linquine noodles
  • ½ cup green onions
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¾ cup peanuts

Directions

Combine the red peppers, and oils in a pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Strain out peppers and reserve oil.
Whisk in honey and soy sauce.
Cook the linguine as directed and put in large bowl.
Pour oil mixture over noodles and mix to coat.
Top with remaining ingredients.
