Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 package taco mix, Ortega
  • 4 tomatoes diced onions
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz. Catalina French dressing
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces taco chips, crushed
  • ¼ bottle Ortega taco sauce

Directions

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add taco seasoning, plus two seasoning packages of water. Bring to boil: lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate. Just before serving mix remaining ingredients together and serve.
