Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen cut leaf spinach
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1.4 ounces pkg dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Directions

Thaw and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least four hours to blend flavors.
