Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen cut leaf spinach
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1.4 ounces pkg dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Directions
Thaw and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least four hours to blend flavors. |
