Ingredients
- 3 pounds jumbo shrimp, deveined,, peeled
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon paparika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions
In blender, process oils, lemon juice, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth. Reserve a bit for basting. Marinade shrimp in the remaining for 2 hours, refrigerated. Thread on skewers, grill 2-3 minutes each side, basting with remaining marinade. |
