Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
Directions
In heavy pan on medium high and bring to a boil. Bring the mixture to 185°. Remove the solids with a slotted spoon. Sprinkle with kosher salt every couple scoops. Put in cheese cloth and hang off the faucet. Wait 15 minutes and cheese will be ready. |
