Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 ounces box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup cold milk milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Directions

Prepare cake according to directions. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 pan. Set aside. Whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, cream, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice till smooth. Pour over cake. Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes.
