Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 ounces box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup cold milk milk
- 8 ounces cool whip
Directions
Prepare cake according to directions. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 pan. Set aside. Whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, cream, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice till smooth. Pour over cake. Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes. might be dark. Cool. Combine pudding, milk, spice till thick. Fold in cool whip, frost and chill. |
