Ingredients

  • 10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion , diced
  • 16 slices thick sliced bacon, uncooked and diced
  • 4 cups taco blend shredded cheese
  • 28 ounces cream of chicken soup

Directions

Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the cock. Top with half of the onion, cheese, and bacon. Repeat layers. Top with soup. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
