Ingredients
- 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cup EVOO
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix crumbs and EVOO together. Press mixture onto pork. (the crust should be 1/4 inch thick) Place on shallow cookie sheet. Bake approximately 35 minutes, remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. |
