Ingredients
- ½ pound extra lean ground beef
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 10 ounces Phil. Italian cheese & herb cooking creme
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3 cups penne pasta, cooked
Directions
Brown meat with vegetables in skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup creme and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Add pasta. Spoon into 2 quart dish, top with remaining cooking creme and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes covered. Uncover during the last 5 minutes. |
