Ingredients

  • ½ pound extra lean ground beef
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped
  • 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 10 ounces Phil. Italian cheese & herb cooking creme
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 cups penne pasta, cooked

Directions

Brown meat with vegetables in skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup creme and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Add pasta. Spoon into 2 quart dish, top with remaining cooking creme and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes covered. Uncover during the last 5 minutes.
