Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups oats-not instant
  • 1.5 cups raisins

Directions

Whisk together first four ingredients. Combine the butter through vanilla on low. Increase speed to high and beat until fluffy and the color lightens. Stir in the flour mixture. Add oats and raisins. Drop two inches apart onto greased baking sheet, approximately 2 T of dough. BAke at 350° for 11-13 minutes on center rack until golden, but still moist beneath cracks on top. Let sit two minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
