Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 16 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat, add garlic for one minute and saute. Add wine and simmer. Add mushrooms and toss to cover with sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
