Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
Directions
Heat oil, add rice. Sprinkle with salt and cumin. Stir in onions and saute. Stir in tomato sauce and broth, bring to a oil. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. |
