Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Directions

Heat oil, add rice. Sprinkle with salt and cumin. Stir in onions and saute. Stir in tomato sauce and broth, bring to a oil. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
