Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs-beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh basil, minced
Directions
Mix the egg and milk. Combine the remaining ingredients. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
