Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs-beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, minced

Directions

Mix the egg and milk. Combine the remaining ingredients. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
